Industry innovation research institutions such as China University of Coatings Technology, China Specialty Coatings Testing Center, and Achievement Incubation Center.

The new material industry science and technology innovation base will also become a scientific and technological innovation base integrating scientific research, technical testing, education and training, and manufacturing innovation center of China's coatings industry, a center for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, a center for original innovation sources, and a center for gathering scientific and technological talents.
